Congratulations on agreeing to be a Sport Karate International (SKIL) State (Province) Director. The SKIL State Games series is the leader for unifying and honoring competitors throughout the world by providing legitimate and official sport karate champions for each country’s state or province.

IMPORTANT
Please purchase a three ring binder and a set of five tab dividers. You will be receiving five additional emails, one for each tab in your book. Label those tabs and print all attachments from each email to put in your book. You can also get all the forms at the following (  http://www.nblskil.com/pages/skil_state_directors.html    ).

If you are being reconfirmed as a State Director please print the new State Director’s Agreement to sign and remit and a second copy to use as a checklist. Also check all other forms for updates from last year by comparing the dates in the top righthand corner of each form. If the new form has a more recent date, then throw out the old forms and replace with the new ones.

a. Credit Card Authorization Form - Print a copy and return to us filled out and signed ASAP (Do not fill in the “Total to be Charged” box). This can be a credit card or debit card number. All payments to us must be through this process using this card unless a new card number is provided.
