How to Fill Out Your Player Cards Ratings for the
Amateur Internationals

Note: Any information you omit may cause you to miss your division or be given incorrect seeding (positioning).
1. Front Side of Card - Completely fill in numbers to on the top front side of your first card. Make sure that the “DIVISION NUMBER” is clearly printed with large and legible numbers (see example below).
2. Access and Print Your Rankings to Fill in Number - You must first print a copy of your SKIL rankings if you have any SKIL rankings. Click on SKIL Ratings (a new window will open) and type in your full name (i.e., John Smith) then click “Submit”. All your divisions – forms, weapons, self defense, sparring – will appear in the same page. Print a copy of this rankings chart and return to these directions. If you do not have any SKIL rankings simply put a check () at number where it says “Not SKIL rated”. (Brown color in our example).
3. Study Example - To fill in your rankings (number 6) refer to example below following the color coded arrows and directions for International, National and State rankings and Total Points and compare with your own printed rankings chart.
4. To Fill in Number for Forms Divisions - Go to the “Event” column on your chart and find the “Forms” row. Take a look of your ranking for forms. (In our example Int - 4 in pink, Nat - 4 in orange, St - 1 in green and (total) Points - 174 in blue).
5. Total Points - Following across the Forms row on your chart to the “Points” column, transfer that number to the blank space after “AMATEURS: Total points that you have in this division ____” on your player card. (In our example - blue arrow - 174 points).
6. International Ranking - Now slide your finger along the same row on your chart and go to the “Int” column and transfer that number to the blank space “SKIL Int Ranking ____” on your player card. (In our example - pink arrow - John Smith is ranked 4(th) Internationally “Int”)
7. National Ranking - Go to the “Nat” column and transfer that number to the blank space “Nat Ranking _____” on your player card. (In our example - orange arrow - John Smith is ranked 4(th) Nationally “Nat”)
8. State Ranking - Go to the “St” column and transfer that number to the blank space “State Ranking _____” on your player card. (In our example - green arrow - John Smith is ranked 1 (st) in his “State”)
9. For All Other Cards - Repeat these same steps for all the events you’re competing in at the Amateur Internationals (forms, weapons, self defense and sparring). Note that if you compete in more than one forms division at the Amateur Internationals that you can use your same SKIL rankings for all your forms divisions. The same applies to weapons divisions.
10. Backside of Card - You must to fill out the entire backside of your player card according to the directions at the top of the back of the card and sign at the bottom.

Congratulations! You are ready to compete for an Amateur Internationals title.

IMPORTANT - If you do not fill in your total points and rankings you WILL NOT be seeded!
