HOW TO FIND SPECIFIC RULES
Complete SKITA Rulebook - You can click on the “Complete 2000 SKITA Rulebook” to view/download the entire long version Rulebook (Please note that any updates in the long version Section 1-“Players’ Rules” since the 2000 SKITA Rulebook are found only in the current year’s Section 4-“Rules at a Glance”).
Section 1-“Players Rules” - If you want only a certain section of rules (i.e., Forms, Sparring, etc), you can click just the rules you want in Section 1-”Players Rules”.
Appendix A (Specific Forms Criteria) - This is required to be used by all NBL National Conference tournaments (some NBL Regional Conference tournament also use it).
Appendix B & C - These are a condensed handy graph version for some of the most common players rules in Section 1-“Players Rules”.
Section 4-”Rules at a Glance” - This two page condensed version of the “Complete SKITA Rulebook” includes all updates since 2000. We recommend this to everyone for quick reference.
Section 4-”Index” - Use this alphabetical index to help locate specific rules in the long version “Complete 2000 SKITA Rulebook”.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT RULE OPTIONS
SKITA Rules have seven (7) rule options that have to be determined by the tournament promoter. The correct options are only listed in the most current “Rules at a Glance” Section 4 (Options in “Complete 2000 SKITA Rulebook” are incorrect). If the tournament is an NBL, visit the NBL listings for the options that are chosen to be used. If not NBL, contact the tournament promoter directly.
